Daniel Baudraz divides his time between Burgundy and Switzerland. He trained as a studio photographer and studied at the
Fine Arts school of Geneva. Founder of the
Focale gallery in Nyon, he has taught at the
School of Photography in Vevey and at the
Architectural Institute of Geneva. He has carried out extensive personal research in the realm of silver-print photography and undertaken photographic journeys to
Mongolia and
Mali.
He is particularly interested in landscape, portrait and still-life works.
